• ​Holidays: rates on request.

• Additional adult in the chalet: R$ 280.00 per night.

• Children aged 5 to 8 years in the chalet: R$ 180.00 per night.

• Children aged 9 to 17 in the chalet: R$ 200.00 per day.

• For safety reasons, we do not recommend coming with crawling babies to the chalet.

 

• We do not work with credit cards.

• Check-in (entrance) starts at 2pm and check-out must be done by 12pm.
   

• If a reservation is canceled up to 72 hours before check-in, the amount paid will be transformed into a credit to be used within a maximum period of 90 days, except on long holidays and parties.
   

• Reservation cancellation made outside this period (less than 72 hours) will be considered at the show. In this case, there will be no refund of the deposit or granting of credit for the daily rates.

• Giving up accommodation during your course implies full payment of the contracted daily rates. The deadline for this operation is 24 hours or one business day.
   

• The reservation will only be made once the deposit has been confirmed via Whatsapp within the stipulated period. Shortly afterwards, we will also send a notification confirming the reservation, thus guaranteeing your reservation.
   

• We are currently not accepting credit and debit cards, only deposit or PIX.
   

• Daily rates and day package are subject to change without prior notice.
   

• Bank details to make the 50% deposit will be provided via Whatsapp.
   

• We do not charge a service fee.
   

• We do not accept pets.
